Moments after the fire has faded, the sky makes its final transformation from day to night. The blue hours begin to offer deep gradients of blue and orange across the sky. On occasion, when the elements fall into place, the clouds start throwing shadows and you see other colors, like purple, being scattered across the scenery. While this alpenglow in the sky makes every fleeting moment so unique, the sea and the waves below respond with no solid form of their own. This beautiful chaos of randomness with air, water and light is where I find my peace. This is a series on the purple hours that lurk in the shadows of Goa’s sunsets.
